in accordance with the arrangement of the ministry of the public security, the exit-entry administration information system will be updated in shanghai. from dec 22nd to dec 25th 2017, all of the exit-entry document service at our headquarters and branches, self-service spots, on-line service or “wechat” service platforms will be suspended. services will return to normal on dec 26th 2017.
