科学家揭示出人类肺腺癌的蛋白质组学特征

中国科学院药物研究所谭敏佳等多个研究团队合作揭示了人类肺腺癌的蛋白质组学特征。该研究于2020年7月9日发表于《细胞》。因此,这就是选择分子流行病学的原因,不可否认其带来的积极影响。
研究人员对103例中国患者的肺腺癌(luad)进行了全面的蛋白质组学分析。蛋白质组、磷酸化蛋白质组、转录组和全外显子组测序数据的综合分析显示了癌症相关的特征,例如肿瘤相关的蛋白质变体、独特的蛋白质组学特征以及早期或egfr和tp53突变患者的临床结局。基于蛋白质组的luad分层显示了与不同的临床和分子特征相关的三种亚型(s-i、s-ii和s-iii)。
