特殊通风柜材质说明
pp-通风柜 fume hood
a 通风柜柜体说明：采用pp板数控雕刻后焊接处理，由上柜下柜组合而成。
b 通风柜台面说明：为20mm厚pp板。
c 通风柜内胆说明：采用pp板数控雕刻后焊接处理。
d 通风柜导流板说明：采用pp板数控雕刻后利用专用pp扣件与上柜内胆连接。
e 通风柜前门说明：由专用pvc门框及滑槽与无段平衡装置实现上下移动开启方式。
f 通风柜柜门说明：为10mm厚pp板。
g 通风柜配件说明：均为塑料制品。

l 通风柜尺寸规格：长度i1200型/ii1500型/iii1800型，深度800mm，高度2350mm，l为落地型/t为特制型，非标尺寸为依照要求制作。
specification: length is divided intoⅰ1200mm,ⅱ1500mm,ⅲ1800mm,depth 800mm,hight 2350mm,l stands landing and t for the special. non-standard specification can be made by requirement.
l 通风柜结构说明：普通款通风柜由上柜/台面/下柜组合而成，落地款为整体结构，桌面款由上柜/台面组合而成。
structure:ordinary type is combined with upper cabinet, work surface and down cabinet.the landing one is overall structure,the desktop is combined with upper cabinet, work surface.
l 通风柜台面说明：采用16mm厚（epoxy）环氧树脂台面，可耐强酸强碱之腐蚀，耐高温600℃，或另选台面（理化板/千思板/陶瓷板/不锈钢板）台面位于上柜内。
tabletop:using 16mm thick epoxy tabletop, corrosion of strong acids and alkali, bearing high temperature of 600 degrees. its edge thickened to 25mm. or you can chose others,physiochemical board,trespa,ceramic plate or stainless steel plate. the work surface is located on upper cabinet.
l 通风柜柜体说明：采用1.2mm 304不锈钢nct下料后数控折弯焊接打磨抛光处理。
cabinet:using 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel nct, cutting and cnc bending welding grinding and polishing treatment.
l 通风柜补风板说明：采用1.2mm 304不锈钢nct下料后数控折弯焊接打磨抛光处理。
complement wind deflector:using 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel nct, cutting and cnc bending welding grinding and polishing treatment.
l 通风柜面板说明：采用1.2mm 304不锈钢nct下料后数控折弯焊接打磨抛光处理。

l 通风柜内胆说明：采用5mm厚理化板制作，左右两侧设有pp材质检修门。

l 通风柜导流板说明：采用5mm厚理化板制作，利用专用的pp材质扣件固定于内胆的背板上，可随意拆卸清洗。
deflector:using 5mm thick physiochemical board, fixing the dedicated pp material fasteners on backplane for demolition and cleaning easier.
l 通风柜抽风罩说明：抽风罩位于通风柜顶部，为pp材质一次注塑成型，排风口径为￠250mm。
hoods:it located on the top of fume hood, an injection molding by pp material, exhaust diameter dn 250mm.
l 通风柜前门说明：为上下左右移动门，配备无端平衡装置，门框及轨道采用pvc材质，玻璃为5mm钢化安全玻璃，门的配重位于通风柜后部，利用304不锈钢包胶缆绳与前门框连接，每台通风柜配备6只金属轴承的塑料滑轮，确保前门上下滑动平稳。（可选配电动门套件）。
front door:it can be moved up and down around with the unprovoked balancing device. the doorframe and track are be made of pvc, 5mm thick toughened safety glass. the counterweight of door located in the back of the fume hood. connecting the front door frame through 304 stainless steel coated embrace rope. each fume hood equipped with six metal bearing plastic pulley to ensure the front door to slide up and down smoothly. or you can choose electric door kits.
l 通风柜风速及风量说明：风速为0.6m/每秒以上（前门打开到300mm处），风量为1200-1800立方/小时。
wind speed and air flow: in the case of the front door was opened to 300mm. wind speed of 0.6m/s above, air volume for 1200-1800 cube/h.
l 通风柜风阀说明：为pvc电动防腐风阀。

l 通风柜把手说明：柜门把手采用pp抗腐蚀可插名片型实验室专用把手。

l 通风柜电源说明：下柜设置86型220v-10a多功能六眼插座一支，上柜设置实验室专用带防溅盖插座两只。

l 通风柜操作面板说明：操作面板为蓝屏液晶文本显示。开关为点触式，可控制总电源，风机，照明灯，备用，风阀。

l 通风柜调节脚说明：为适应地面平整柜体底部设有为m8螺竿塑料调节脚4只。

l 通风柜配水说明：龙头为意大利tof实验室专用遥控龙头，排水为意大利tof实验室专用pp水杯（选配项）。

a 通风橱柜体说明：采用50系企口型彩钢，可根据要求选择eps或岩棉夹心层，边角部分有净化专用圆弧处理，规格及尺寸完全依照现场和要求制作。
