   蛋壳颜色是子宫中腺体分泌和沉积的色素，是蛋壳外面釉质层的构成成分之一，在蛋产出前4~5h形成。当卵通过子宫部粘膜时，管腔扩大，由于子宫壁平滑肌的收缩，使卵转动，其上皮粘膜的分泌物均匀涂布在卵的表面。子宫粘膜为假复层柱状上皮，由具有纤毛的顶细胞和分泌细胞组成，顶细胞与钙的分泌有关，分泌细胞与分泌蛋壳釉质层有关，固有膜内分布有管状腺，直接开口于管腔。
