叉车启动机主要是由以下几大部分结合而组成

1、启动机外壳， 壳是铁制成的或者是铝合金的，一般程圆筒状，形成磁力线通路，内侧面以永久磁铁代替激磁线圈和铁芯，以减小体积
1. starter housing, which is made of iron or aluminum alloy, is generally cylindrical, forming a magnetic line path, and permanent magnet is used to replace excitation coil and iron core on the inner side to reduce the volume.

12、碳刷 正常是有四个，两个是绝缘夹子支承;两个接地，同样用夹子支承并与整流子接触。电流从碳刷经整流子通向电枢线圈，碳刷由弹簧压在整流子上，并可在夹子 内上下滑动。电刷要求是单位面积通过的电流大，故会采用电阻小、电流容大的金属石墨制作而成。
12. carbon brushes normally have four, two are insulated clamp support; two are grounded, the same clamp support and contact with the rectifier. current from the carbon brush passes through the rectifier to the armature coil. the carbon brush is pressed on the rectifier by the spring and can slide up and down in the clamp. brushes are made of metal graphite with small resistance and large current capacity because of the large current passing through the unit area.
13、轴承，由于启动负荷大、工作时间 短，故采用含油合金制造的滚珠轴承。轴承上有保证良好润滑的油槽

14、弹簧15、减速齿轮16、减速盘17、接触齿轮(单向齿轮)18、o型密封圈19、钢珠20、卡簧等等结构而组成。
