figure 1. transfection efficiency (gfp expression in hek 293, hela, hepg2, a549, a20 and mgc-803 cells). pcdna3-egfp plasmid was complexed with synfector 1000 and applied to the cells. 48 h later, gfp expression level of cells was analyzed under fluorescence microscope.
