2.2生产标准
　　门式脚手架在我国生产和使用的时间不长，各研究单位研制的脚手架自成体系，互不通用，品种规格多样。有些生产厂照搬国外的产品，采用英制尺寸。门式脚手架至今尚无统一的设计和产品标准，各厂的产品规格不同，质量不一致，不仅给施工单位使用和管理带来很大困难，不利于推广应用，同时也给建筑施工安全带来隐患。所以，应尽快地组织编制和颁发门式脚手架的统一标准。目前，在门式脚手架标准化中，存在的主要问题，一是各厂脚手架部件名称不一致，给脚手架的推广应用带来很大不便；二是主要部件的规格尺寸繁多。世界各国门式脚手架的规格尺寸繁多，有采用国际单位和英制两种计量单位。如门架的宽度英制尺寸为1219mm，国际单位制为1200mm，架距分别为1829mm和1830mm。由于这些尺寸不同，使门架之间无法互相通用。又如门架的高度规格尺寸有八种以上，连接销之间的间距尺寸也有多种，致使交叉斜撑的规格品种很多。
