聚丙烯稳态纤维复合（fw-ppr）管100%采用进口原材料，确保产品质量。是通过特殊工艺和设备采用多层共挤，低温高速生产的高性能管材，改管材为三层结构，内外层为pp-r材料，中间层为增刚、增强复合材料。内层的pp-r材料保证了管材的卫生性能；中间层实现管道增强、增刚、降低线膨胀系数的效果；外层pp-r便于通传统pp-r管件进行热熔承插连接。具备s2.5、s3.2、s4共5种管系列压力等级。公称外径从20—63mm等30多种规格。
steady-state polypropylene fiber composite (fw-ppr) pipe with 100% imported raw materials are high quality. it is a special multi-layer co-extrusion process and equipment with the production of high-performance low-temperature high-speed pipe. changed the pipe for three-tier structure, internal and external layer is pp-r materials and the middle layer to increase the rigidity and strength of composite materials. inner layer of pp-r pipe materials ensured the health performance. the middle layer is the realization of the pipeline to increase strength, rigidity and reduce the effect of coefficient of linear expansion. outer layer pp-r, it is easy to pass the traditional pp-r pipe fittings for hot-melt socket connection. products have 5 series pressure rating with s2.5, s3.2, s4 . nominal diameter is 30 types of specifications from 20 to 63mm.

线膨胀系数а≤0.35×10－4m/m.℃，仅为普通pp-r的1/4左右，彻底的解决了塑料管道的伸缩难题。
管材刚性增强，防止管道下垂现象，同时还减少了固定支撑点的数量，从而降低了工程的综合造价。
耐静液压强度显著提高，在同等使用条件下，同等规格的复合管材所能承受的压力负荷比普通pp-r提高25%以上，提高了管路系统的安全系数，在通常设计震颤力下使用寿命更长。
耐高温性能更佳，节能减耗效果明显，fw-ppr应用在热水系统中，适当压力下可在90℃以下温度长期使用。
可用普通pp-r热熔承插管件进行连接，配件齐全，施工便捷可靠。
解决了管道的透氧性问题，直接与水接触的内表面卫生无毒、密封性好，不会形成水苔。
