介绍国内脚手架的发展历程及现状，指出我国当前在脚手架方面存在的问题，在进行分析的基础上提出解决的办法和我国脚手架的发展方向。
　　　　1．脚手架概述
　　1.1中国脚手架发展历程  江苏南通如皋市脚手架厂  刘经理  章经理脚手架是重要的建筑施工工具。20世纪60年代以来，我国研究和开发了各种形式的脚手架，其中扣件式钢管脚手架具有加工简便，搬运方便，通用性强等优点，已成为当前我国使用量最多、应用最普遍的一种脚手架，占脚手架使用总量的绝大部分，在今后较长时间内，这种脚手架仍将占主导地位。但这种脚手架的安全保证性较差，施工工效低，最大搭设高度规定为33m，不能满足高层建筑施工需要。
　　20世纪70年代以来，我国先后从日本、美国、英国等国家引进门式脚手架体系，在一些高层建筑工程施工中应用。它不但能用作建筑施工的内外脚手架，又能用作楼板、梁模板支架和移动式脚手架等，具有较多的功能，所以又称多功能脚手架。
　　20世纪80年代初，国内有一些生产厂家开始仿制门式脚手架，到1985年，已有10家企业生产门式脚手架，在部分地区的工程中，开始大量推广应用，并且得到了广大施工单位的欢迎。但是，由于各厂的产品规格不同，质量标准不一致，给施工单位使用和管理工作带来一定困难。同时，由于有些厂采用的钢管材质和规格不符合设计要求，门架的钢度小，重量大，运输和使用中易变形，加工精度差，使用寿命短，严重影响了这项新技术的推广。20世纪90年代，门式脚手架没有得到发展，在施工中应用反而越来越少，不少门式脚手架厂关闭或转产，只有少数加工质量好的单位继续生产。因此，有必要结合我国建筑特点，研制新型的门式脚手架。尤其是从1994年“新型模板和脚手架应用技术”项目被建设部选定为建筑业重点推广应用10项新技术之一以来，新型脚手架的研究开发和推广应用工作取得了重大进展。最近，建设部对建筑业10项新技术的内容作了局部调整，其中新型模板和脚手架的技术内容也稍有变动。新型脚手架是指碗扣式脚手架、门式脚手架；在桥梁施工中推广应用方塔式脚手架；在高层建筑施工中推广整体爬架和悬挑式脚手架。
　　随着中国建筑市场的日益成熟和完善，竹木式脚手架已逐步淘汰出建筑市场，只在一些偏远落后的地区仍在使用；而门式脚手架、碗扣式脚手架等只在市政、桥梁等少量工程中使用，初步估计，普通扣件式钢管脚手架因其维修简单和使用寿命长以及投入成本低等多种优点，目前仍据中国国内70％以上的市场，并有较大的发展空间。
